Fumie Tokyo Experience. -Japanese Home Cooking Class-

Japanese Home Cooking classes with Japanese mom.
Fumie Tokyo Experience offers English-language Japanese cooking classes designed especially for international visitors who want to explore the heart of Japanese home cooking. Conveniently held in the Ginza or Shinjuku area, each class runs for about 2 to 2.5 hours — a perfect cultural experience to enjoy between sightseeing plans. Participants learn how to make classic home-style dishes such as oyakodon (chicken and egg rice bowl), nikujaga (simmered meat and potatoes), and tonjiru (miso soup with pork and vegetables). All recipes are thoughtfully selected to be easy to recreate at home, and each lesson is conducted entirely in English. Printed English recipes are also provided for you to take away

For over 10 years, I’ve been sharing the joy of cooking and eating through children’s cooking classes. Now, as a Japanese mom, I offer home-style Japanese cooking lessons to help bridge cultures through food.
Let’s enjoy making Japanese dishes together while sharing our cultures!
In this class, you’ll receive easy-to-follow recipes that you can recreate even after returning to your home country.
